Whether you have been running drills all summer or pulling your crew together for the very first time, this is the week it all counts. A brand-new 15-week regular session is underway across certified host venues nationwide, and every rack, every safety, and every clutch hill-hill match is a step toward the ultimate prize.

Every 15 weeks, teams that battle through regular session league play earn their spots in the local playoffs. The winning team walks away splitting $25,000 in cash, handed directly to the champions.

Roster Requirements

  • 5-Player Teams: Rosters can hold up to 6 players, allowing your squad rotation flexibility each league night.
  • 3-Player Teams: Smaller roster format with up to 4 players per team, ideal for tighter squads.
  • Accessible Dues: Weekly play is just $14 per player, with the standard $49 annual membership fee 100% waived for your room’s first season!
  • Free Agents Welcome: Don’t have a full team yet? Sign up as an individual, and ABL will connect you with a team needing a player in your area.
